Winery Review: 100% Montepulciano d' Abruzzo Deep ruby red color with violet highlights and a pleasant and fruity bouquet. Full bodied, soft tannins and good acidity. Excellent with pasta dishes and red meats.
My review: The smell was smoky, jammy and had hints of berries. Bold tannins, dry mid-palate and it had an acidic after taste. I did not enjoy this wine and I did not have it with food.
